I'm so glad you're here.

For as long as I can remember, horses have been my greatest teachers. They have shaped my life in ways I never could have imagined, not through riding or training, but through their extraordinary ability to reveal truth, offer unconditional acceptance, and gently guide the heart back to itself.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of sharing my life with many remarkable horses. Some arrived carrying stories of fear, neglect, or uncertainty. Watching them heal, learn to trust again, and rediscover their spirit has been one of life's greatest gifts. They have shown me that healing cannot be forced, it unfolds naturally when love, patience, safety, and genuine connection are present.

This understanding became the foundation of 

Horse & Heart Encounters.

My passion is creating peaceful, heart-centered experiences where horses are not simply companions, but wise teachers and gentle guides. Every horse carries a unique story, personality, and wisdom to share. Some of the horses here have walked their own journey of healing, and through that journey, they have developed a remarkable ability to meet each heart with compassion and acceptance.

You do not need horse experience to be part of this journey. In fact, many who have never been around horses discover some of the most profound moments. What may first appear as size, power, or uncertainty often transforms into trust, connection, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Through HeartMath® practices, guided meditation, meditation with horses, mindful connection, and authentic animal communication, I offer experiences that invite you to slow down, quiet the mind, and listen with your heart.

One of the greatest lessons horses continue to teach me is that true communication begins in the heart. When expectations fall away and the mind becomes still, a beautiful connection naturally unfolds, one built on trust, presence, and authenticity.

My hope is that every heart who spends time here leaves feeling lighter, more peaceful, and more connected to their own inner wisdom.
